C'mon out to one of our last Sunday team runs on 2011 (yikes) at the Westfield Running Company (123 Quimby, Westfield).
For those that live near New Brunswick, the team van will leave at 8:50am from 106 Bayard Street (New Brunswick). Word? Word!
Sprinter Time Trial: Saturday, 1:00pm @ Metuchen HS
We've been talking about this for weeks, and the time has finally arrived. Bring your spikes, bring your speed. Everyone will do a 300m followed by a 150m. On the line? 4x400 spots for next weekend's season opener at Manhattan College...and trash talking rights, obviously.
Ten Miler, Big Chill 5k on Next Weekend's Horizon
