1. Sunday's long run will be at the Watchung Reservation--a wonderful location with scenic trails. We are starting a 9:30am from the main parking lot. ADDRESS: 1 Cataract Hollow Road, Berkeley Heights NJ. The large circular parking lot (with playground) is a half mile down from this address...thanks to Zak Martins for the guidance here. Next weekend: Manasquan Reservoir! Team van leaves 10 Dennis in NB @ 8:45AM sharp. Email back for a seat.
2. We are compiling an all-time club 5k list. Thank you Ken Goglas for building this; can you all please email him (ken_goglas@hotmail.com) with the fastest 5k time you have run since joining the GSTC?
3. Large team track workout tomorrow at 10:00am at Highland Park HS. GSTC sprinters and half milers will be there--you are welcome, too, if you are thinking about doing a track workout, yourself!
