Sunday Team Long Run

For a variety of reasons, we are having the team long run again at Six MIle Reservoir Run, at the corner of Blackwell Mills Road and Canal Road, at 9am this Sunday.

 

We'll put in half the time on the rolling, shaded trail, then run the second half on the flat tow path...enabling a faster-paced second half of the run.
